Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Timing
Once we receive and inspect a return, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
What is refunded
The full product price. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as fast as you can at jasperenterprisesllc24@gmail.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund in full. If it has shipped, the standard return process applies.
Late or missing refunds
If it’s been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund, check with your bank first, then email us and we’ll chase it down.
