The short version: we ship fast, we pack like your gear is our gear, and if something’s wrong we make it right.
Shipping
Orders ship from our distribution partner’s warehouse in Colorado or directly from us in Williamsburg, Virginia. Most orders leave within 1–2 business days. Shipping cost and options are shown at checkout before you pay. Cues ship in rigid protective packaging — no cue leaves in a soft mailer, ever.
Delivery estimates
Typical delivery is 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first at jasperenterprisesllc24@gmail.com and we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error — in which case we cover everything and apologize twice.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll ship a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
Exclusions
Cue tips that have been played, chalk that’s been used, and cloth that’s been cut or installed can’t be returned. Custom-modified items are final sale.
