Golden Break Billiards is a trade name of Jasper Enterprises LLC, a Virginia limited liability company.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate — our catalog syncs with our distributor daily — but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or is unavailable, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. An order is accepted when we email your confirmation.
Shipping
See our Shipping & Returns page for methods, timing, and costs. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery.
Product information
We describe every product as accurately as we can, with specs sourced from the manufacturer. Natural wood products (cues especially) vary in grain and color — that’s the charm of wood, not a defect.
Warranties
Products carry their manufacturer’s warranty where stated on the product page. To start a warranty claim, contact us and we’ll help you through it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jasper Enterprises LLC’s liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
